On worrying (the keystone of worry)

Warriors of ancient battles sought hard battles as they wanted not to worry about fighting.

As soft battles left margin for doubt, there was only two certainties in the tougher ones: death or life.

No warrior ever storms the battlefield with victory on his mind, but death is the dominant thought.  For he who fears to die, finds ways to live. Nevertheless he who fears no death, does not comprehend living.

As goes for worrying.

Worryingly we choose the known path of failure. For we have not understood the keystone of worry.

It is not the obstacle, but the verb worrying, on its own, that we need to understand. The obstacle is unchanged until removed. It is worry that is under our influence?

Hence the warriors trust in dying. And his confidence in living. Warriors train, not to beat death, but, rather, to conquer worry.  By being prepared to fight off death and live.

This is the raw understanding of worry.

He who masters the mind, masters the world. Worry is dawn's mist upon the mind.
